Unlike corporate events or pro-ams, where the legend is often one part of a much larger event, these tours are personal. The champion is there for you — not the other way around. You’ll be part of a small, immersive group where the focus is on connection, storytelling, and unforgettable shared experiences.

Each tour is different, and the level of on-course interaction with the legend varies. We’ll outline what’s included for every experience, and if you have questions about a specific tour, we’re happy to talk it through with you.

What’s important to know is that the champion will be fully immersed with the group for several days — not just making appearances. While they may be playing golf in and around the group, hosting clinics, or joining for short sessions, it’s not guaranteed that every guest will play a full round or share a buggy with them. When those moments do happen, they’ll be handled fairly across the group.

This is about connection — and everyone on the tour will enjoy genuine, personal interaction with the champion, whether that’s on the course, over dinner, during off-course activities, or while travelling together.

‍We keep groups deliberately small — typically between 10 and 16 people — to ensure a relaxed, intimate atmosphere and personal connection with the legend and fellow travellers.

‍Absolutely. We can help with pre- or post-tour extensions, room upgrades, flight arrangements, and any personal preferences. Just ask — we’ll tailor the experience around what matters most to you.

You don’t need to be a low handicapper. These tours are for golfers who are confident enough to enjoy a round without feeling pressure. If you’re comfortable on the course, you’ll fit right in.

We do everything possible to ensure the advertised champion is part of the tour, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances — like illness, injury, or travel disruption — can prevent their attendance. If that happens, we’ll always try to replace them with another professional of similar standing.

If no replacement is available, and we feel the absence has a significant impact on the overall experience, we may offer a refund as detailed in our terms and conditions as a goodwill gesture. This is not automatic and is considered on a case-by-case basis. No refund is offered if a suitable replacement attends.

Yes — and we encourage it. We’re happy to help arrange special activities, excursions, or moments for non-golfers so they can enjoy the journey just as much.

To reserve your place requires a fully refundable down payment. We’ll confirm the tour once minimum numbers are reached, on or before the Official Confirmation Date. When confirmed, we’ll invite you to pay the standard deposit with your initial down payment credited against this. The balance is due 90 days before the tour starts. If a tour isn’t confirmed, we will issue a 100% immediate refund of all monies paid to Travel With Legends.

Yes. Comprehensive insurance (including cancellation, medical and personal liability) is required for all travellers and is your responsibility to ensure this is in place.
